Description

Jake Elliott Glibbery spent most of his life in unusual relationship with circadian rhythm, light and wake/sleep cycle.  Having previously worked in finance for over 10 years, that exacerbated sleep issues, burning the candle at both ends and struggling to adapt body to a “9-5” schedule.

The unique sleep pattern led to an interest in maximising sleep length and quality, eventually creating Dormu with his co-creator who has a background in neuroscience, to collectively level-up the sleep quality Hong Kong, Asia, and beyond.

In this episode, I talk to Jake about the advantages of physical touch like boosting neurotransmitters positively, why some people are not comfortable with human touch, the interesting history of weighted blankets and the power of comfort transmitted through weighted blankets and more.
