Destiny Cruz is a Bronx native with a passion for activism and community engagement. Cruz grew up attending marches with her mother and which inspired her major in Law and Society and minor in Political Science at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. In 2019, Destiny began to work in Districts NY-14 and NY-15 and you can often find her organizing her own community marches and protest for causes that are close to her heart and the people she represents.
