Yesterday was @ruokday a great initiative to educate and spark the conversation around Mental Health 💙
But don’t let days like this be the only day you post about mental health or reach out to someone. Don’t just post about Mental Health to ‘feel apart of it’ or ‘play your part’. We need to be consistent when it comes to Mental Health so we can crush this stigma and normalise speaking about our feelings and emotions.
Reach out to your friends and family on a consistent basis to check if they are okay and if they need anything. All is takes is a phone call, text message or you taking 30-60mins out of your day to have a coffee or lunch etc with them.
