As Sporting Director, Rob provides oversight and administration for all ZYSA and Union FC Indy teams and coaches—helping shape the future of the game across all levels of the club.A Baylor University graduate with a Master’s in History, Rob’s journey has taken him from playing at Palomar Junior College and Wittenberg University to becoming a pioneer in the college coaching world. Rob was the first head coach of women’s soccer at Purdue University, where he led the program to 17 winning seasons and six NCAA Tournament appearances. He earned honors as both Big Ten and Great Lakes Coach of the Year.Rob’s coaching resume also includes head coaching roles at Wright State and Baylor, along with assistant stints at Cincinnati and Butler.
