Description

The challenge is real, new year, new you! How many times do we say that to each other of the year right? Each month I do a friendly (free) Facebook Group and competition where we challenge each other, workout everyday and don’t drink alcohol for the entire month! 

This episode I dip a little into that but mainly I discuss why I started it. It was two fold, booze is bad for you and eating right is good for you. I read a couple articles I found to educate us on how to live a longer, healthier life.
