Description

This week I begin by airing my thoughts on the recent lockdowns thrust upon us in Melbourne and how I personally tackle them mentally.

I touch on my training for the week and how It has been one of the hardest weeks mentally for me! I explain how I'm grateful for the training buddies I have to pull me through on those dark days!

I spend the majority of the time talking about whether I believe standards are a good or a bad thing! and how 'society' sets standards for us that we don't have a choice in, that aren't always helpful in our lives.

I finish off by answering some killer questions!
