Dexter Beasley is the Executive Director of FoCo Cafe, a nonprofit, pay-what-you-can restaurant in Fort Collins, Colorado, that serves healthy meals to everyone—regardless of their ability to pay. With a strong belief in dignity, inclusion, and community, Dexter leads the Cafe in its mission to bring people together over food and foster a culture of compassion and connection.
Dexter holds a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University and brings over eight years of leadership experience in the food service industry. In recognition of their impact, Dexter was named one of NOCO Style’s 30 Under 30 in 2023.
