This weekly round-up David brings some VERY interesting news! In the last 7 days, there have been a whopping 45 new listings! Last week there was only 30! We believe this is because agents around Sudbury are telling their sellers how hot the market is lately so, the sellers are no longer waiting for that springtime market! Further, in the last seven days, there have been three million-dollar homes go up on the market!
Also this week, 54% of the homes sold were sold close or OVER asking price! Listings are beginning to go up with offer dates and David will tell you what that means along with all of his predictions for the week to come!
