Description

We’re proud to launch this special episode of our Janno Signal podcast, featuring Sandeep Saib, Senior Business Development Executive at CMS, in time for World Mental Health Day 2024.

Our longstanding partnership with CMS has seen us collaborate on many inspiring projects, including CMS’s This is Me mental health campaign. The theme for this year’s World Mental Health Day is ‘It is Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace’ and we couldn't be more grateful to have Sandeep join us to share her personal insights on mental health and wellbeing.

In this special episode, hosted by our very own Head of Podcasts, Sassy Clyde, Sandeep opens up about her own mental health journey, as well as her role as an advocate for mental health and suicide prevention across many groups and organisations. She also shares her thoughts on supporting mental health in the workplace.

This isn’t the first time we've had the pleasure of working with Sandeep - who guest-edited an edition of our weekly ContentED bulletin in January 2023, where she shared her personal experiences for Time to Talk Day, highlighting the importance of mental health and having much-needed conversations about it, to fight the stigma and discrimination that still exists in today’s world.

Sandeep’s honesty and courage have been inspirational for those navigating their own mental health challenges. We’re really grateful to her for contributing to this crucial conversation once again.

Don’t miss this heartfelt episode, launching today in honour of #WMHD2024. We hope to continue the dialogue on mental health and suicide prevention, making our workplaces and communities more supportive and understanding places for all.

Tune in here, we hope you enjoy the episode.
