Joining me on the podcast today is Rhiannon Phillips-Bianco
Rhiannon is a teacher at an international school in Rome, leader of wellbeing and positive education, and a MHFA. And so of course there’s so much I could talk to her about!
But today we’re going to focus on one of the activities that Rhiannon has found to be beneficial for her mental health: sea swimming.
Open water swimming is increasing in popularity and more and more educators on social media are posting about their swims in lakes and the sea. And so I was really eager to record an episode with a seasoned sea swimmer who can explain to us all the benefits she has experienced and offer tips to anyone who’s keen to get started!
So, excuse the pun but let’s dive into the episode!
