Dan is a leader who’s passionate about organisations, culture and creativity, as well as the host of SaturdayEdChat - a 30 minute coffee and conversation about education that happens every Saturday morning.

Like many of my guests recently, there’s so much I could chat to Dan about, but this episode is all about the power of running. When I reached out to people on Twitter recently asking who’d be up for coming on the show to talk about approaches to wellbeing, Dan replied that he’d be keen to join me to chat about running.

And so, we’re going to focus on Dan's journey to finding running and the difference running it's made to his mental health.
