Little known fact: Seminole County in Central Florida has one of the highest rates of child homelessness in the entire country. A Sixty Minutes special was event created about it at the height of the recession. Unfortunately, despite having a loving family who cares deeply about them, many of these children enter the child welfare system due to issues stemming from poverty.
Another Little known fact? Most Americans are one paycheck away from homelessness. It's all too easy for any of us to find ourselves in that same situation.
