Happy Mother’s Day everyone! In honor of this very special holiday, I wanted to share an episode that I recorded with my wife, Megan, all the way back in September of 2020. It was about a month before the birth of our child, and I didn’t fully know what this podcast would be or when it would come to fruition. However, I knew we needed to have a record of what it was like to be pregnant – especially because it was happening in the midst of COVID-19. So I’ve been sitting on this audio for 4+ years now and I’m so grateful to finally share it with you all in this format. It’s one of the more vulnerable art pieces I’ve put out into the world, but it has ended up becoming a sweet relic of a very strange time in our lives. I hope you find some enjoyment out of it, and if you’re a cryer you may want some tissues. Be sure to stay tuned at the end of the pod (52:45) for a song Megan recorded for our son in the spring of 2020.
