Marathon Me are taking a brief intermission from discussions of 80s slashers and killable camp-counsellors to marathon something a little different... the iconic modern Netflix tweenie trilogy: The Kissing Booth.
We are joined for this marathon by our friend Charli, a Kissing Booth expert, and our first female guest (about time the boys get some feminine film perspective).
The Kissing Booth follows the unlikable Elle, as she struggles coming to terms with her feelings for the even-more-unlikeable Noah. Hijinx ensue for these teens whose families are rich enough, and their lives set-up enough, where relationship dramas are legitimately as bad as it is gonna get for them (oh yeah, Elle's mum is dead, but no one seems to care).
Join this trio of Charli, Kane and Rhys, on this journey through a filmic assault to the senses.
Hopefully hearing about the movies are less painful than sitting through them.
