Previously on... Evan Gold is a private detective in Athens, Kansas. His head is swimming after the strange events of the week - his partner is murdered, the widow and the police name him suspect number one in the recent murders, and Evan needs to find the real murderer before he ends up in Leavenworth.
Detective Evan Gold meets with the District Attorney police detective Ambrms to buy time before he gets brought in as suspect number one for the recent murders in Athens. But there is still the nagging question: where are Harold, Claire, and Eye Patch? Unless Evan can keep all of these plates spinning, his whole life will come crashing to the hard, hard ground.
