Welcome to the “Live Conversation” on Allatra TV. Today, December 22nd, 2020, we would like to present to you our today’s guest – Emmanuel C. Okosisi. Emmanuel C. Okosisi is the Co-Founder and the COO of the “Evolution of Leadership” a startup company concentrated on designing the next generation of leaders - authentic leaders. Emmanuel by himself is a Servant Leader and Entrepreneur with over four years of experience in Leadership Development. He is currently pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management at California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA), where he holds the position of Chief Operating Officer in Healthcare Leadership Association. He is also a proud alumnus of California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH), with a Bachelor’s in Chemistry.
And today we are happy to have the Live Conversation with Emmanuel. We will ask him what qualities should have the Leader of the next generation? Should and how is he by his example can inspire people and help them to build a successful story with the trust-based environment and the chance for everyone to become better as a professional and as a human? We would like to know can this model be extrapolated for the higher levels.
We will ask Emmanuel about his vision of the Creative Society? Is his idea of the "leader of the future" is applicable in this Society? What values in the Creative Society should leaders bring and promote to the people?
