Shivani is a Co-Founder & CEO of Positive Vibes Consulting a fast-growing HR & Training consulting firm. She is an award-winning seasoned HR & Learning specialist with over 17 years of experience in various senior HR positions. She has been awarded the “HR Excellence Award - 2020” by HR Success Talks and recognized as one of the brightest HR professionals in India. Shivani is a passionate trainer and has successfully designed and conducted many programs on complex behaviour and leadership effectiveness. Under her leadership, the Positive Vibes has successfully incubated the "Weaker Gender No More" and "My Safety My Responsibility" programs on Self Defence for women across various corporations in India. The program encourages and teaches women different strategies to build mental and physical strength for their safety.
