New mom and Children's Director at "The Grove," Karis Schmidt, will be on our "Kid's Corner" segment. We're talking development and answering some parenting questions, including one about "screen time."

Karis brings a high protein bagel recipe to share.

Recipe:

Protein Bagels - to make 4 bagels (can double)

Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp salt

Mix together and knead until it comes together

Form into 4 bagels

Can put egg wash on top if desired

Top with favorite topping (examples- everything bagel, cinnamon, sesame seeds)

Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
