Description

Today, we’re in the Physical Body week of Taurus—and we’re diving into the theme of the Digestive System. I hope you enjoy it. I am Path day 295.

When we think of digestion, we often imagine something physical—breaking down food, absorbing nutrients, and keeping energy flowing. But deep inside this biological process is a universal truth: what we digest is not just physical—it’s energetic, emotional, and spiritual.

At the atomic level, digestion reflects the laws of transformation. Atoms, seeking balance, combine into molecules. Molecules become cells. And cells evolve—just like us.

Water is the medium of all transformation. It stores memory. It carries vibration. It’s inside every step of digestion, just like it’s inside every memory we carry.

To digest is to break down what is not truly you. The stomach becomes the fire of alchemy—melting identity. The liver filters the darkness we often avoid. The pancreas helps us harmonize. The intestines help us let go. Each step is a mirror of life’s great initiations.

And where does it all lead? The heart. That’s where all the digested, broken-down pieces of you reunite—not to rebuild your ego, but to remember your essence.

So yes, we are what we eat—but also what we feel, what we let go of, and what we choose to keep.
