Today, we’re in entering the Physical Body week of Taurus—and we’re diving into the theme of Temple. I hope you enjoy it.

So... what if your body was a sacred temple?

In ancient times, people didn’t go to temples just to pray. They went to remember. To remember that they were made of the same light as the stars, the same wisdom as the Earth. The temple wasn’t just a building—it was a mirror. A place to look inward.

The Egyptians believed in a creator called Pta, who didn’t build things with his hands but with his mind. He imagined the world—and it became real. That’s how everything started: not with stuff, but with thoughts, emotions, and vibration.

And guess what? That same force lives in you. Your body is like a temple. Your glands, your breath, your feelings—all of it is part of a system that lets spirit become matter. When you feel something deeply, you’re not just reacting. You’re creating.

Even nature has temples—mountains, caves, lakes. Places where the Earth feels... awake. The ancients followed birds to find them, because birds could sense where the energy was different. That’s why feathers became symbols of wisdom—and later, tools for writing. Stories, magic, and knowledge all flew from those feathers.

So whether you’re standing on a mountain or sitting with your own breath—there’s a temple right there with you.

What makes a temple sacred isn’t the stones. It’s the silence. The listening. The remembering of who you really are.
