So, yesterday was my PD day (Professional Development Day) and we spoke about racial identities and the stages of finding our identitiesā¦ it was so interesting I had to sleep on it to really focus on the planning and how it opened my eyes about my white staff. Tune into the rawness of my experience dealing with presidency and other things that brought discomfort as I grew up.
