* 2 oz Brothers Bond Rye

* 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice

* 0.5 oz peach syrup

* 0.25 oz simple syrup

* Dash of bitters (optional)

Instructions:

1. ​Shake all ingredients with ice until cold.
2. ​Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
3. ​Garnish with a lemon twist or peach wedge
