Why do we not do the things we know will make us feel better? One of my clients texted me this week and said, “I know I’d feel better if I was staying on track, but I haven’t been.” And honestly, I’ve been there too — we all have. We know the workout, the walk, the meal prep, or the early bedtime would help, but we still don’t do it.
