Leading From the Center Out
I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I enjoyed recording it. We did it in a more unconventional way sitting on boxes in my gym because why not?!?! Its hard to really sum up all we discussed but if you have the pleasure of receiving an email from him, Kurt Bednarcyk says in his signature he is in support of personal sovereignty through awareness and intentional action. SO I think that's a way to sum him up.
I've know Kurt for sometime now, and while we are both individualistic, we connect and align in so many ways, one of those is being human and maximizing our human selves in more ways than you think. I knew he's a perfect fit for what our podcast is all about and my hope is that you find as much value in this episode as I have being friends with Kurt.
