Transforming Underserved Communities through MOVEMENT2BE by Thinking better, Moving Better, & Feeling Better

Kara Shull, PT, DPT, CSCS is the Founder and Director of MOVEMENT2BE.  Her background comes as a doctor of physical therapy specializing in sports performance and return to sport.  She has worked with a number of patient populations and athletes ranging from the NFL to the UFC, MLS to MLB, Olympians of all sports, and the everyday athlete.  



Before becoming a physical therapist, she had experience in public relations, community development and non profit work.  While enjoying physical therapy, she always felt the pull to do more.  In 2017 she decided to act on this pull and combine her passions in non profit and physical therapy to establish movement2be. 



Her vision for MOVEMENT2BE is to create a movement that inspires others to become aware that movement is key to life.  Without movement, she believes we cannot be who we are made to be and do the things we are made to do.
