I talk about the hardest moments, and celebrate my victories with you. Even if you aren't a runner, it's worth listening to, just substitute running with the thing you want to do for 100 days. We often self sabotage by telling ourselves we can't do something, by committing to doing something for 100 days you are re-wiring your brain to think you can do anything! I say it all the time, whether you think you can or whether you think you can't. You are right. Why not think you can and go for it?!
