For the final installment of 2020, ‘PostMortem’ Paul explores the relationship between alien and human in the 2020 holiday stop motion animated feature, ALIEN XMAS, as created and directed by Stephen Chiodo (Killer Klowns From Outer Space). It’s a (mostly) family-friendly review about love, and the perserverance of friendship between a misfit alien (X) and a little Christmas elf (Holly), in what is sure to become a traditional favourite offered on the Netflix streaming service. The moral of the story: that Christmas is about giving, and not about taking, and this feature was the gift given to us all from the wizardry of the Chiodo Bros. and the mastermind himself, Jon Favreau.
