Day 29: Bowing to the King

Scripture:
“Therefore God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name. That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” (Philippians 2:9-11)
Reflection:
Bowing to the King means surrendering our lives to Christ’s lordship. It’s a humbling act that acknowledges His sovereignty and love. Through surrender, we behold the wonder of His rule over our hearts and the world. This act releases us from the burden of control and invites peace. Bowing is a daily choice to trust His wisdom above our own.
Prayer:
Jesus, I bow before You as my King. Help me to surrender fully and follow Your leading.
