Oh, how we love the Psalms! Every emotion and every season of life can be found in the Psalms. We as a Body focused in on David's journey in sculpting Psalm 63. We endeavored to fix our affections on the One David emphatically longed for in this immensely rich prayer.
Think of a joyous moment in your life that you wished would have never ended. Multiply the sensation of that moment by eternity and you will begin to taste of the fellowship we have in Christ. David knew even in the midst of running for his life in barren wilderness that God was the only One who could completely satisfy him and perfectly lead him.
"Because You have been my help,
Therefore in the shadow of Your wings I will rejoice." -Psalm 63:7
