James 1:9-18 (Part 2)
"Blessed is the man that endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord has promised to those that love Him." James 1:12
We strengthen the voice of temptation when we feed on the world. We strengthen the voice of conviction when we feed on the Word. Just as Eve was tempted in the garden; when she entertained Satan's words she grew an appetite for sin, how much more can grow an appetite for righteousness if we entertain His Word. We end temptation when we start conversation with God.
