James 4:6; But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.”
God opposes the proud, and gives Himself as the gift of Grace to the humble. We must prioritize heart & motive inventory in our prayer lives. Pride is so dangerous and it will give room in your life for the devil to operate. God is looking for those who will humble themselves unto Him fully realizing His wisdom & power.
Humility is getting postured under Christ, turning your gaze towards Him, tuning the ears of your heart completely on the transcendent sound of love, the voice of Jesus.
Psalm 26:2; "Examine me, O Lord, and prove me; try my mind and my heart."
