How many of us have found ourselves surrounded at some point by those who simply are not a good fit for what we are trying to accomplish in terms of belief, support and/or commitment?

IT SUCKS, and no one wins.
But my experience has taught me a few things and these principles have been spot on for me in terms of managing (weeding & fertilizing) the ideal relationships for me. I am hoping you can take some value from this foundation framework.
