Shout to ALL the healthcare workers, firemen, police officers, grocery workers, ambulance drivers, scientists (apologies if I missed anyone, I will try to update) - THANK YOU!
2. SECOND SHOWING OUR SUPPORT (Value) - If you see someone on the frontline SAY SOMETHING! In-person, online, in text, in chat or over the phone because it matters
3. KNOW YOU ARE NOT ALONE (Belief) - No one wants to be the first (you're not), it just feels that way but you can be the first for someone else on the fence and once you put yourself and your message out that magical bond that allows for the LEARN TEACH BUILD GROW TOGETHER philosophy you hear me evangelize, becomes real along with IMPACT!!!
4. DO WHAT MOVES THE NEEDLE (Strength) - Don't be afraid of having the tough conversations that challenge yourself (FIRST) and then others. It will not always be smooth but it is in the rough times and pressure that character is revealed and we find the common denominators that unify us a force capable of withstanding whatever.
