As January OCIs loom in the midst of the global pandemic, many law students are likely to undergo virtual interviews for potentially virtual summer programs. To help students prepare for the legal world online, we spoke to White & Case partner Eric Lancaster, as well as two summer associates, who embarked on the firm's first ever fully virtual summer program in 2020.
