Keshawn Liggins is the founder of Adversity Athletes, a training & mentorship organization in Meridian, Idaho, that helps athletes of all ages not only develop sport skills but grow in character, confidence, and mindset.
He draws on a lifetime of overcoming change and challenge—from moving through multiple states during school years, to navigating the junior college and G-League path in basketball—to build something that reaches far beyond physical training.
With Adversity Athletes, Keshawn combines performance coaching with mentorship: teaching young athletes to believe in themselves, work hard, be resilient, and carry themselves with respect. He emphasizes that success isn’t only measured in wins or stats—but in personal growth, community, mindset, and becoming the person others can look up to.
