I'm going on a diet!
Or as I like to call it - I'm doing a fat loss phase.
Why?
Because after 4.5 months of half marathon training, I have gained a little body fat and I don't feel as comfortable in my body as I would normally.
I go on holiday in 9 weeks and I have some denim shorts I want to take with me that don't currently fit me
So this is how I am approaching it - this is what will work for me in my lifestyle and where I am starting from.
