This is my first interview with Mary Elizabeth Huber on the topic of art, iconography, meaning, faith, and monsters. We also discuss the painting of St. Muirgen (Li Ban) that I commissioned from Mary, her process as well as why I decided to have to image done.Mary Elizabeth Huber is an Atlanta based artist, painter, and starting an apprenticeship in iconography. In 2016 she graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the animation industry, but through her experience in pursuing that career had a reversion into the faith. She has a calling to write icons and she will be going into an apprenticeship.
