Happy Mama's Day to all of the mamas! ;)

Tonight we are talking ADHD. Adult attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a mental health disorder that includes a combination of persistent problems, such as difficulty paying attention, hyperactivity and impulsive behavior. Adult ADHD can lead to unstable relationships, poor work or school performance, low self-esteem, and other problems. Tonight we are talking ADHD and my guest is open about her life growing up as a child with a father who wasn't active in her life, developing ADHD, how her Black family responded to her ADHD, and how she pulled herself out of her rut to achieve what people said she couldn't. She is now a psychology major and an ADHD Coach and home organizer. ARE YOU READY TO TAKE THE COUCH?
