In our final episode for the year, we welcome Amie’s neighbour and certified Sauce Merchant - Rachel! But be warned, we love her so much her mic is extra loud (this has nothing to do with Katie’s complete lack of AV skills!).
Harking all the way from beautiful Ireland, Rachel shares how a 1-year trip to Aus turned into 14, how her and Amie went from neighbours to friends (no, not the Neighbours theme song!), Christmas party faux-pas, fun family traditions and what 2026 might hold.
