2 years ago I partnered with a food and farming consultancy firm, EFFP, to co-develop a program that would support farmers to transition from industrial to regenerative agriculture.
A 100 questions later, (as I didn’t know much about the topic), something really struck me!
I could clearly see that how we have been taught, in the western way, to cultivate the land at an industrial scale, have the same foundations that how we are being taught to cultivate our minds and our lives. With very similar strategies too… one of them being monoculture over diversity.
Making extremely clear to me why we are currently facing a crisis of the individual and the crisis of the collective and societal.
In this provocative episode, I explore and lean on the analogy of industrial farming, and its current evolution towards regenerative agriculture to shine the light on invisible societal norms that are currently depleting our lands and ourselves.
Luckily, as agriculture is evolving towards a life-giving way of treating our land and soil, there is a lot we can learn to do the same for ourselves.
This episode if purposefully provocative and I'd love to hear what came up for you as you listened to it! 🙂
