This week you're stuck with just us and we're talking all things self care! We chat about what self care can be, some ideas on how to integrate self care into your routine and the importance of taking a moment for yourself to recharge.

We're certainly not experts on this topic and our self care isn't where we'd like it to be, so this is a very open and honest chat about how parenting can make it really hard to allow for time for yourself. We talk about what we actually consider to be self care and some daily rituals that we're going to start implementing (hold us to it!).
