When we use our gifts, the church is built up and allows us to reach unity in our faith in Jesus. Without leaders or “starters” (i.e. apostles) it would be difficult to become unified. At the same time, those who are given the gifts of leadership or apostleship must work humbly and hear from the Lord regarding His plans, not their own.
