On today’s episode, I'm joined by the owner of Bingo Loco, amongst many other things. Growing up in West Dublin, this week’s guest completely transformed his life when he packed a backpack, headed to the airport and set out to see the world one wild adventure at a time! From couch-surfing in opium dens to giving TED Talks in India, living with monks and accidentally ending up on the frontline fight against Isis - there’s little this guy hasn’t done. Returning to Dublin and settling back into life as a broke traveller, sparked the inner entrepreneur in him and he began setting up businesses tailored to cater the events industry. No ordinary tale, this is the story of how a game of bingo in an Iranian military compound inspired an event that would soon entertain over 220 thousand people globally every year. Without further ado, here’s what it’s like to be William Meara.
