Hellllllo friends -

Newsflash: our world needs more hosts.. matter of fact, it's starving for hosts. You are suited to be (or become) a phenomenal host. I've hosted hundreds of events now and put together a mini 'starter pack' to talk through how resistance manifests, lessons of simplicity & other tips. Lessons I wished I learned much, much sooner. If you get in the habit of hosting, you will develop a skill that carries massive weight in today's society.. & more importantly, leads to a more fruitful life. Go HANG (:

• Greet guests at the door - create safety
• Host with a focus (your event / experience should not be for everyone; it should polarize)
• Event structure is crucial and allows for more vulnerability.. the weed wacker!!
• Connect guests immediately following events (not doing so means guests have to exchange their own info & is disrupting)
• Communicate what 'offline' means
• High vs. low expectations.. build trust you will deliver
• Reduce hurdles, show up consistently
