Come Holy Spirit,
In this desolation. it feels as if you have left me. Help me to remember. Help me to believe. that you are giving me enough grace. to get through this desolation safely.
That you are. giving me an opportunity. to trust you in a time when I don't feel you. And that though. The nearness and the power of your grace. does feel like it's gone. That you are still with me.
You have not abandoned me. You seem like you're not here. But you are here. You are giving me enough grace. to get safely through this desolation. I trust that. And I trust you. Amen.
