Description

DISC is a simple psychometric tool that connects people and helps us to understand why we are all different.

At Wilson James, DISC has allowed us to have a common language that is easy to understand and can quickly be applied across the organisation. Over 200 individuals have taken part in the self- assessment profiling and facilitated workshop to discover their DISC type and understand how they can enhance their working relationships across all personality types.

In this series, we speak to a Wilson James staff member of each profile:
