Dr Lisa is teaming up with Samaritans, Network Rail and the British Transport Police as part of their
Small Talk Saves Lives campaign.
As part of the campaign, a new survey has found how people often feel uncomfortable with the idea of approaching someone who might be in a mental health crisis.
Dr Lisa has a series of tips on what you can say to make a difference, and ultimately save lives.
