Wavertree MP and President of Labour's campaign for mental health, Luciana Berger, joined Mick Coyle on this week's Mental Health Monday.
Luciana told Mick that she believes it is a postcode lottery when it comes to mental health services and that mental health funding should be ring-fenced.
