Kwabea Francis was born in England and moved to the USA with her parents when she was a child. A woman of color, Kwabea was soon introduced to racial discrimination and name calling when she went to American schools. However, her mother taught Kwabea how to not respond in kind, a lesson she continued to teach when she became a mother. How do we build bridges that please the Lord between races?
