Pastor Jeff talks about how today, we live in what can be compared to “Digital Babylon,” in a culture that is constantly trying to get believers to compromise. Yet Jesus empowers us through His Spirit to live a different, effective, powerful life to please God.
Why do we need the Holy Spirit? Scripture teaches us:
1) To Enable us to Think God’s Thoughts (1 Corinthians 2:14)
2) To Enable us to Share in God’s Emotions (Isaiah 42:1)
3) To Enable us to Pray God’s Prayers (Romans 8:26)
4) To Enable us to Do God’s Work (Zechariah 4:6)
